济南老字号亮相进博会 | Jinan time-honored brands shine at 4th CIIE

参加进博会人文交流活动
A total of 10 time-honored brands and intangible cultural heritage companies from Jinan are being exhibited at the fourth China International Import Expo held from Nov 5 to 10 in Shanghai.
The companies include Chaoyixing fast-food chain restaurant, Yefengsu, Shandong Hongjitang Pharmaceutical Group, Jinan Luweizhai Food Co and and Yang's Braised Chicken Rice.
来自济南的超意兴、野风酥、宏济堂、鲁味斋、杨铭宇等10家老字号及非遗企业,携独具匠心和古法匠艺产品精彩亮相,展现了魅力泉城的深厚底蕴,吸引了全球客商的青睐。
“大米捞饭把子肉,吃饱喝足无忧愁。”午餐时间,一块块色泽红亮的把子肉散发出诱人的香味儿,济南把子肉展位前一时挤满了前来品尝的人。
Bazirou pork made by Chaoyixing, a fast-food chain in Jinan, is a kind of pork fillet with fat and thin meet. It is cooked using an ancient method integrating frying, boiling, and braising. The meat is fatty but not greasy and has a unique melt-in-your-mouth quality.
据工作人员介绍,济南超意兴把子肉传承古法烹制,精选上等优质酱油,辅以适量八角、花椒等进行调味,经过炸制、煮制、焖制等多个环节,才能制作出传统美味的把子肉。
Yefengsu, a time-honored brand in Jinan, has expanded overseas since attending the previous CIIE. The company's products are exported to Japan and Canada. Its overseas sales accounted for more than 75 percent of the industry total.
已是第三次参加进博会的“野风酥”,因进博会而受益匪浅,公司副总经理刘亮介绍说,当时第一次参加进博会就与跨国公司签订了500万的销售合同,自此市场销量不断打开,目前山东煎饼在北方的销量一天就能达到10000斤,公司产品出口日本、加拿大等国家,占同行业销售量的75%以上,可以说是行业首屈一指。
Hongjitang, which has nearly 20 types of products, is a time-honored brand in China and its products have been exported to countries and regions in Asia, Europe, and North America.
拥有近20个产品外销到亚洲、欧洲、北美洲等多个国家和地区的宏济堂,是我国历史悠久的民族品牌。现场展出的宏济堂阿胶、安宫牛黄丸、小儿消食片、金鸣片等明星产品,向全球客商有力彰显了齐鲁大地中医药文化杰出创造力和旺盛生命力。
Luweizhai participated in the CIIE for the third time, bringing a new series of stewed snacks for young consumers.
“鲁味斋”也是第三次参加进博会,带来了面向年轻消费群体的卤味零食系列新品“王大明和他的朋友们”。
With the help of the expo, Luweizhai has increased its operations in China and foreign countries, said Wang Jianhui, president of Jinan Luweizhai Food Co.
济南鲁味斋食品有限责任公司董事长王剑辉介绍说,借力进博会,“鲁味斋”从一个山东济南的地方品牌,突破地域限制走向全国乃至世界,不断拓展更广阔的市场空间。
“We signed a strategic cooperation intention with Danish Crown Group, further strengthening the core competitiveness of our time-honored brands,” said Wang.
“今年进博会,鲁味斋与丹麦皇冠集团签订了战略合作意向书,通过国际化标准的提升为创新发展新的高标准产品打下了坚实的基础,进一步增强了老字号品牌的核心竞争力。”
The clay pot chicken of Yang's Braised Chicken Rice restaurant is much more popular among visitors at the expo.
杨铭宇黄焖鸡作为“济南名优特小吃”,首次亮相进博会就“火出圈”,吸引了众多观展人士试吃品尝。
According to its founder Yang Xiaolu, Yang's Braised Chicken Rice currently has more than 6,000 stores in China and more than 100 stores overseas.
创始人杨晓路表示,杨铭宇黄焖鸡米饭在全国已经有累计超过6000家门店,在海外有100多家门店。
The China International Import Expo, the first national-level exhibition across the world focusing on imports, provides a unique opportunity for enterprises to display their new products, make new partners, and explore new markets, said officials of the Jinan Time-honored Brand Association.
济南老字号协会相关负责人表示,进博会作为世界上第一个以进口为主题的国家级展会,对于企业展示新产品、结识新伙伴、开拓新市场,创造新机遇,具有不容错失的独特机遇。
